Buyer-agent interactions
A buyer agent may inspect the contracts, stop before invocation, decline an unpaid HTTP 402 quote or end the session. Reading a contract is not authorization to charge a wallet.
Payment authority
The decision fee requires the buyer’s authorized payment flow. Purchasing an assessment does not grant RunOnProof control over supplier funds or establish corporate representation.
